The home has been built and furnished to the latest National and Local Authority Standards. There are 10 single ground floor bedrooms, some having direct access to the rear garden. An 8-person lift takes you to the first floor, where there are another 13 single bedrooms. All rooms, as a minimum, have en-suite WC and hand basin. Most include en-suite showers. There are also assisted bathing and showering facilities.

On the ground floor, there are 3 sitting rooms, a dining room, two spacious conservatories leading to patios and landscaped gardens.

A telephone is available for use at all times. Facilities are installed for residents to have a private phone line connected to their own bedroom, if they wish.

A varied and balanced menu of nourishing home-cooked food is provided with a choice of dishes at all times. Special diets are catered for, as required.
