Homecroft is a newly built residential home, providing long term care and accommodation for up to 23 residents. The house has been purpose built and is situated within easy walking distance of Mere Green shopping centre. Bus services to and from Birmingham, Lichfield and Burton pass the front door. Buses to and from Birmingham Airport and Walsall stop at Mere Green Island. Butlers Lane Railway Station, which furnishes the cross-city line between Lichfield and Northfield, is less than a 100 yards walking distance.
