Our fees vary depending on the size and location of the room and the facilities offered (also defined as ‘Standard Fee’). As a guide, our current fees range between £440 to £520 per week.

This covers all the routine expenses of living at Homecroft including accommodation, meals, laundry, day to day care, and basic medical care. Additional services are easily arranged, delivery of personal news papers and magazines, hairdressing (we have 2 hairdressers that visit the Home throughout the week), chiropody from a visiting chiropodist every six weeks, and visits by dentists, opticians. These services are charged for separately, in addition to the fees mentioned above (majority of these services are charged through the visiting professional).

We ask that fees are paid one month in advance. If respite care is needed, that should be settled in advance of residence as well.

Please feel free to contact us and talk through your requirements. If you are thinking of Homecroft Residential Home, the first month is considered a trial period. This is an opportunity for you to find out if you will be happy before deciding to stay.

Before you arrive we will have undertaken a preliminary care assessment, this helps us to ensure that we can meet all of the individual needs before admission. If admission is from hospital, we will have spoken with the ward staff and family/relatives to gather information and usually a visit from a senior member of staff. If at home, we hope to have been able to speak to you and your family members to gather information and again to ensure we can meet all care needs, a home visit may be arranged.
